Bryant Jones is a pianist, composer and recording artist. Hailed by George Winston as a "A very talented pianist; go check him out sometime!"

Kim Stone, five time Grammy Nominee, of Spyro Gyra and the Rippingtongs said, "Bryant is a brilliant, sensitive and creative musician like none I've ever played with, and I adore him and his music!"

He grew up in Colorado Springs listening to his father play "Old Time Boogie-Woogie on a Monarch Upright Piano. He was given an Italian Combo Organ for his 14th birthday, and soon began playing around town in bars and restaurants. His first gig was a place called "The 119 Tap-Room" on South Tejon which featured go-go dancers in cages.

Bryant toured with a Vaudevillian musical troupe in and around Vancouver in the late 70's called the "Wakachoo Rivyoo" where he began incorporating a sense of humor in his playing.

In 1989, he joined one of Colorado's most popular regional acts, "Shakedown Street!" by 1990 the Westward voted them Denver's best dance band. While with the band he played 15 shows with Vince Welnick, and Bob Breylove of the Grateful Dead. He opened for bands like Hot Tuna, Spirit and The Dave Nelson band of the New Riders of the Purple Sage.

Bryant played a couple gigs with Sam Lay of the Paul Butterfield Blues Band in 1990, and was offered a full time spot, but it meant moving to Chicago, and Bryant was already busy in Colorado.

He was a studio musician throughout the 1990's playing on over 15 CDs.

In 199, Bryant recorded his first solo CD, "Frame of Reference" at Denver's premier recording studio Colorado Sound. Presently, he is finishing his 2nd CD, "Train Tracks on the Moon".

He has tuned pianos for Pure Prairie League, Michael Martin Murphy, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, George Winston and The Colorado Springs Philharmonic.

Presently he is playing in a funk-fusion-acid-jazz-jam band called "New Brain for Arnie" with some of Colorado's most talented musicians, including" Kim Stone, Michael Reese, Wayne Hammerstadt, and Dewey Steele.

Bryant plays Ragtime, Classical, Jazz, Rock, Blues and New Age. He is available for concerts, weddings, parties and any occasion where a piano is enjoyed.
